Home cooked food for my baby is a must so with Timothy’s love of fruit and porridge oats I decided to make some little crumbles.
I cut up a banana, a kiwifruit and an apple and cooked in the microwave until soft for a couple of minutes. I distributed the fruit mixture in a Pampered Chef brownie tin. I only had enough mixture for four.
I added porridge oats to the top and put in the oven to cook.
Once out of the oven I was able to transfer the mini crumbles perfectly into my Joseph Joseph food pots.
I can confirm that they were a big success.
This easy, no added suger, healthy option is not only great for babies but children and adults a like.
