DIY Rocking Stand

Yesterday evening my husband came with me to help me collect a Moses basket and rocking stand I had ordered for when the baby arrives.

My midwife team had suggested that having a Moses basket was a useful piece of baby furniture to have and so following there advice we bought one along with a very useful stand.

I know some of the Moses basket stands don’t rock however I thought that it might be soothing for the baby and also having a stand also would mean that the basket had a place to be safely placed.

This afternoon I decided to construct the rocking stand.  The assembly guide provided was easy to follow and thankfully all the pieces fitted perfectly together with ease.

At the moment the nursery is looking pretty full with not only the large cot for when the baby is around 6 months but the tiny cot for our bedroom along with the new addition of the Moses basket which will be used for the ground and lower ground level of our house.  I’m contemplating if we actually need another Moses basket stand?

With hopefully not long to go our little baby will be trying out his cot and Moses basket very soon.

Happy Friday Friends!
