Start with the straights

In my Mum and Dad’s Christmas boxes they had a lovely Marks and Spencer Christmas jigsaw which they said I could take with me to do over Christmas.

This afternoon after a brief food shop and a lovely hour with a friend I decided to begin the Christmas jigsaw with a little help from Tinkerbell.

I decided that I’d use the dining table in the basement to do my jigsaw that way I wouldn’t need to keep moving it out the way every  time we ate a meal in the living room.

I began by finding all the straight outside edges and that’s all I managed before my husband came home, however I was very pleased that I was able to start this very sweet jigsaw.

Hopefully in the not so distant future I’ll be able to show you the finished puzzle or at least more progress than a pile of straight pieces.

Happy Wednesday Friends!
