A cup or two

Today I bought a festive looking box of tea by pukka, three cinnamon.  My husband and I do enjoy herbal teas and the tea brand pukka is usually provides a lovely cup.

The tea not only smelt incredible but tasted amazing making this the tea I’ll be enjoying over the next couple of months.  The only concerning issue was that the tea bag packet said to have no more that four cups a day!  The reason for limiting cinnamon tea intake is that too many cups can be bad for your health. The pukka website said that 42 cups every day would need to be drunk to affect your health, think I’m safe with 1!

After a number of cold drinks m y second hot drink of the day was a home made hazelnut hot chocolate.

Over the weekend during our warehouse bulk buy shopping spree I picked up some hazelnut syrup by Tate Lyle especially for my hot chocolates.  This evening I decided to add a tiny drop of syrup to my Green & Black’s hot chocolate and I wasn’t at all disappointed.  Also both products are Fair Trade which not only allowed my hot chocolate to be delicious but ethical.

Happy Monday Friends!
