This morning I took Tinkerbell outside for her after breakfast toilet via our basement room which needs a new name because it’s not a horrible damp space but an extra room down a spiral staircase built into the hill.  This toilet time for Tinkerbell meant that the sun had risen outside and I could see clearly.  When I came to open the patio door that leads to the garden I noticed a mark on the outside of the window.  It was the outline of a bird it’s body and wing span perfectly imprinted onto the glass.

I was actually very concerned and looked around to make sure the poor bird wasn’t injured somewhere on the patio.  Unfortunately the picture doesn’t capture the outline clearly at all but it must have flown at the window fairly hard as the imprint of the birds body clearly shows the rows of feathers.

Later I went to Sainsburys and bought a small pumpkin which was actually large in size for only £1 and over the next few days I intend to try and create a beautiful design into the extra.

In the afternoon I went to Church for a funeral of a member who recently has passed away.  My husband has conducted  numerous funerals but this was the first at good new Church.

The funeral was very well attended by family, Friends and Church members.  It was lovely that everyone seemed to take comfort knowing that their family member who had a faith in God and the peace and assurance that they were able to have during this difficult time.

One of the family members dogs also attended the service a lovely white curly haired dog which sat perfectly the row in front of where I sat.

After a good day I’m enjoying my evening with this precious little lady watching the sun set.

Happy Monday Friends!
