Pret a Manger

This afternoon around 3pm my husband and I with Tinkerbell well concealed in her carrier stepped foot into Pret a Manger.

Prey a Manger is defiantly a unique face on the high street with all of its food freshly prepared with no extra added ingredients and if that wasn’t enough their food is prepared for each day alone and any food at the end of the day which hasn’t been sold is donated to charity.

How many store bought sandwich actually sit their for a number if days?

Pret also provide a list of ingredients alongside the price which is a great benefit when helping to make your choice.  It also allows you to see clearly what each item is made up of.

Tinkerbell and I after we had chosen what we wanted headed upstairs to the seating area which was completely busy we shared a bench style table with a couple other people but it didn’t feel as if we were dining with them.

Tinkerbell sat quietly in her carrier under the bench table whilst we enjoyed our afternoon snack.

My husband chose a salad which looked extremely delicious.

I opted for a cheese and tomato croissant which was very cheesy, warm and perfect for the cold May day.

I washed this tasty treat down with a refreshing drink of Mandarin and Lychee which was amazing.

My husband had also bought a tiny fruit pot which I only had chance of one spoonful but that one spoonful was great so great my husband ate it all as a munched on my prey crisps.

The disappointment really has to be why more food establishments don’t share in Prets business model which is clearly successful and beneficial for those consuming and those receiving it’s charity.

Happy Saturday Friends!
