A simple tasty and easy way to fill that after dinner gap is yogurt drizzled with honey.
Rachel’s organic set Greek style natural bio-live yogurt is tasty by itself. My husband prefers a yogurt which is plain so that it allows him the freedom to add his own flavour if any.
Honey and yogurt have both got very good properties. Honey has been dated back has far as the Olympics and yogurt has been known to improve digestion.
Of course not going overboard with the honey would be a sensible consideration when putting together a tasty treat. Like all good things moderation is the key.
Instead of a Mars bar have a bowl of yogurt and honey you might just feel better for it or at least your body should thank you.
