I have many favourite days that I most enjoy throughout the year.  One of these favourite days is a snow day I do like a good snow day.

Last year, 2014 we had no snow day which was particularly disappointing and by snow day I mean when everything comes to a standstill and everything gets cancelled and busy schedules and commitments magically disappear.

One of my good friends and I have been looking forward to a good snow day for a couple of weeks and we are putting our money on (so to speak) tomorrow being just that a snow day.

We have studied and compared weather reports and hoping to wake up to lots of snow.

However with British weather and weather reporters they always seem to let you down.

One year on a snow day in January my husband and I walked in the deep so to a restaurant for a meal.  We have walked to the supermarket and back with heavy bags and taken Tinkerbell for a carry.

Tinkerbell does not like snow which is understandable as she’s so tiny and would be very cold in the snow.  The down side of snow if that I have to clear a section by the back door for her to go to the toilet.

So for now Tinkerbell and I wait one on anticipation of the snow and one not so excited about the prospects of morning frost bite.

Happy Tuesday Friends!
