Its definitely Autumn, the weather has been terribly cold however we hasn’t yet put the heating on.  Our heating system is always set at 10°c so if the temperature in the house falls below 10°c the heating will automatically turn on, which so far it hasn’t.

This evening at around 8pm I gave in and turned the heating on, clicking on at a chilly 13°c!  I’ve now a beautiful warm home once again!

Before the grand heating switch on of Autumn 2014, Tinkerbell and I took a trip to our local pet shop, Pets at Home and bought two jumpers.  After trying the jumpers on I decided to buy the medium size even though the small fitted her perfectly the medium covered her bottom and therefore will hopefully keep her warmer.

While I made a curtain for the back door using the same fabric I had left over from the kitchen curtain Tinkerbell enjoyed snuggling in her little IKEA dolls bed wearing one of her new jumpers.  With Tinkerbell being so tiny I worry about her getting two cold yesterday I wrapped her up with a wheat bag!

My kitchen back door curtain turned out really well and hopefully will aid in keeping our old house toasty warm.

Happy Tuesday Friends!
