This evening for dinner I prepared a deliciously healthy and I dare say tasty meal for my husband and I using delicious French goats cheese from Sainsburys to top the perfect pastry-less tart.
Fresh spinach leaves
French goats cheese
Sun dried tomatoes
I began be greasing my mini tart tins and standing them inside another baking try.
I layered the spinach in each of the tins.
Add a couple tiny spoons of pesto.
Add a couple sun dried tomatoes.
Add one egg to each.
Finish by adding a few squares of the goats cheese.
Bake for around 20-25 minutes at 190°c.
I served my mini tarts with a salad and piece of mackerel.
One deliciously easy, quick and tasty dinner approved by my husband!
