One Smooth Sunday

After the morning Church service whilst everyone enjoyed refreshments I swapped my Summer flower arrangements for a more Autumnal feel.  I do need to buy some more autumn inspired flowers however so far this is what the congregation will be able to appreciate.

For lunch today we enjoyed as deliciously tasty vegetable soup kindly made by one of the lovely Church ladies.

We made for the second time this weekend a smoothie.  I used my hand blender and Pampered Chef batter bowl to make our healthy, delicious smoothie.
Saturday’s smoothie: pineapple, mango and frozen raspberries.

Sunday’s smoothie: bananas and mango.

I enjoyed Saturday’s and Sunday’s smoothie’s in my autumn glass.  The great thing about making your own smoothie’s is that you know exactly what is going in it and an easy way of ensuring that you get your 5 a day!

A few years ago I had a smoothie maker however one day it decided to stop working however a hand held blender is just as good if not better, takes up less room can be used for multiple purposes.

The only question is what smoothie should I make next?

Happy Sunday Friends!
