That’s not a Costa

This morning really was a late start at 8:30am some of us didn’t want to get out of bed Tinkerbell!  So after our morning cuddle I decided to change the bedding however Tinkerbell was reluctant to move so I decided to work around her.

Today my husband and I spent the day together which was really nice.  Whilst waiting for a couple of watches to be repaired we enjoyed a Costa experience in Tesco supermarket.  Sadly my hazelnut hot chocolate tasted very watery and not at all of hazelnut or chocolate.  I returned the hot chocolate explaining to the lady at the till that I’ve tasted lots of Costa hot chocolates and this wasn’t one!  The lady kindly brought me over a new one which tasted like it should.

For lunch we visited a Chinese buffet called The Real China, although I’m now a little confused as most to staff seemed to Eastern European.

The interior of the restaurant was lovely however the choices were limited.  The sweet corn soup was indeed sweet and very tasty.  The desserts were very limited and no fish dishes, we did have a good time although probable won’t go back.

This afternoon we all went to check if any letters had been delivered to my husbands brothers home as he has now emigrated.  We knocked on the door of the house to ask the people renting if any post had been delivered, to find a large man with very interesting tattoos some being particularly interesting in their reference we were definitely shocked and returned swiftly to the car with no post.

When we returned home we watched a beautiful film ‘Charlie St Cloud’, it has a lovely story line and started Zac Efron.

Following the film we enjoyed a light dinner.  I had a boiled egg and my husband a tuna and egg salad.
