Fish is a Friday tradition in many British households however often a break with tradition is a good thing so with that being said we enjoy delicious pan fried salmon in Rendang Paste with asparagus and carrot.
We have never before tried rendang paste so decided to give it a try. The fish was only cooked in the rendang paste without the need for any oil as my Pampered Chef pan is extremely good for cooking food without the need for oil.
We also enjoyed the salmon with Merchant Gourmet Puy lentils a packet of ready prepared lentils my husband had picked up when out shopping a few weeks ago.
The lentils tasted delicious however didn’t look very appetising at all next to the salmon however the combination did actually work well together and tasted pleasant.
What made the meal even better is that we shared it together in the garden.
