After an early Saturday start around 5.30am at only 3pm have I officially sat down for a break with Tinkerbell to write my blog.
With a little early morning 7.30am shopping at the Next sale, followed by grocery shopping at Sainsburys I returned home at around 9am to begin cooking, cleaning and washing.
Lunch was absolutely delicious worth the help of my Pampered Chef single servings stone I made beautiful stuffed peppers.
My delicious stuffed peppers are as follows:
I city up one tomato, half a small onion and four mushrooms and divided into four equal piles.
Washed and cut the tops off four peppers and took out the seeds.
I stuffed each pepper with half the combined ingredients with rice, the vegetables and a stick of Greek feta each leaving a little space at the top of each pepper.
To each of the peppers in turn add an egg then gently top with the rice mixture being carful not to burst the yoke.
Add the paper stalk to the top of cook in the oven for around 45 minutes on 190° or until cooked.
The peppers cooked really well and the yoke was beautiful solid and yellow when we each cut into our peppers.
A very wonderful lunch.
At the same time as cooking the peppers I tried a smoking bag something which i have never tried before when coming which I’ll sharing with you the experience of this tomorrow…
