A farmers market and a little Umani

My husband and I enjoy trying new foods from the supermarket market.

One of the new items my husband picked up from the supermarket was Taste #5 Umani Dust.  Umani Dust is Kent to be used as a salt substitute, on salads, vegetables, anything you would normally use salt for and it can be use within cooking.

We have been using the Umani Dust on rice and salad and it has truly been delicious.  Today I decided to cook some mushrooms on my Pampered Chef mini bar stone using a generous sprinkle of the Umani Dust, a little sprinkle of parmesan cheese and chunks of feta cheese.

They turned out beautiful and the Umani Dust is definitely a delicious was to enjoy food.  We will definitely be buying this.  10/10

On Saturday my husband brought back some goodies from the farmers market.

We have enjoyed the date bread a little dry however tasty never the less.

The raspberry vinaigrette was absolutely wonderful, I’ve never tried as anything as delicious to accompany salads before.

The Staffordshire Pepper Bite with a delicious cheesy centre and a Boston Jerk both as delicious as they look my favourite was definitely the Staffordshire Pepper Bite mainly because of the cheese.

I can’t wait for the next farmers market my husband visits, no doubt there will be lots of tasty items he bring home for us both to enjoy.

Happy Monday Friends!
