Easy with the oats

My friend her mum is currently recovering in hospital after undergoing surgery and today she mentioned how she really enjoyed flapjacks so this evening I decided to bring out my easy flapjack recipe and make a batch for my friend.

Easy Flapjack Recipe

Ingredients:
Oats 3 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Margarine 1 cup
Honey 2 table spoons

Method:

Step 1. Add sugar, margarine and honey into a glass microwavable bowl.  I used my glass Pampered Chef batter bowl.

I also decided to take some of the flapjacks to a neighbour who had just moved into our street as a lovely ‘sweet’ welcome gesture.
