Last weekend I had cooked some chicken in a food bag, sitting it inside on of my Pampered Chef cranberry glazed stones to catch the juices. With the juices that came from the chicken I turned this stock into a delicious soup which was so easy to make.
My easy chicken stock soup
A little water
Step 1. Chop onions and gently cook them in a pan.
Step 2. Add the chicken stock and hot water.
Step 3. Add the mushrooms.
Step 4. Take the cooked sausages cut them and add into the pan along with any of the juices from the sausages.
I don’t use any oil when frying sausages as my Pampered Chef pan is excellent and doesn’t require any oil.
Step 5. Finally add the noodles and gently simmer.
Cooking is all about being smart in the kitchen and using what you have to create something that you don’t have.
The chicken soup stock was delicious and best of all extremely easy to make.
