The simple things!

I enjoy cooking and baking however some days I’ve no time or have a very hungry husband to feed!  Here are two very simple yet delicious recipes that you can make in no time at all.

Parsley Potatoes

Fresh parsley
Table spoon butter or margarine
Tinned potatoes
Tiny sprinkle of garlic powder

I took fresh parsley from the garden washed and cut.
Cut the tinned potatoes into half.

Added the margarine and garlic powder to a hot pan.
Added the potatoes and parsley and fried.

Delicious every time!
Easy fruit crumble

Bag of frozen berries
Bag of crumble mix

I poured the frozen fruit still frozen into my small pampered chef circular cranberry glazed stone.
I sprinkled the fruit with a little sugar and mixed.
Finally I added the packet of crumble and topped with a little sprinkle of sugar and cooked in the oven until the crumble looked golden brown.

The verdict:
I made the crumble yesterday for a relaxed dinner with friends and it was delicious.  A very simple yet tasty dessert to impress friends and family with.

Happy Sunday friends!
