Very recently from the supermarket I bought wasabi and soya sauce almonds (read my blog ‘never tried before’ https://abigailkarma.wordpress.com/2014/02/02/never-tried-before/ ). I decided that I could turn these a little almonds into a tasty Thai treat.
Wasabi and soy sauce almonds ground
Lamb and mint chipolatas
1 table spoon maggi
1 table spoon green Thai curry paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
I firstly cooked the lamb and mint chipolatas.
Took the noodles placed them into a plastic container added boiling water and covered with lid.
While the chipolatas cooked I chopped half a green and red pepper,
mushrooms and seaweed.
Using my pampered chef food chopper I chopped the almonds my key ingredient.
Took the cooked chipolatas out of the pan and cut them into small pieces. I then added the vegtsbkes to the pan.
Followed by the Thai curry paste mixing paste in well.
I then added the chipolatas followed by the noodles which had been drained.
I added the almond’s, maggi and lemon juice, seaweed, stirred well and served.
My husband really enjoyed my easy Thai noodles. Its such an easy effortless meal to prepare but extremely delicious to enjoy. An even better way to use up the wasabi and soya sauce almonds which worked exceptionally well as fairly unpalatable to enjoy alone.
